Is there any way to save my plant?

It appears to be past the point of no return, with dried, bluish foliage indicating extreme water deficit or other stress disorder.
But if the two single vertical structures that I see on the right side in the photo are terminal buds, green and growing from the center of the top of the stem, then you may be in luck and the plant has hope of recovery. Keep it watered, wait and see.
