I've been growing my lemon tree for several years and its nothing but a tall stick and some leaves on top. It has been like this for years. Its in a large pot so what am I doing wrong or what is it missing?
Pruning is very limited in a citrus tree.
Make sure the tree is getting full sunlight.

Hi, I purchased my home about 2 years ago, and I have these 2 beautiful lemon trees that I wish to train correctly. They are about 8 years old. I have sent you pictures on the 2 trees. My question is, my trees are sprouting several trunks, what should or can I do to keep the tree strong without hurting it? Thank You.

Someone gave me two planters with citrus trees growing in them. Against all odds, they bloomed and have set fruit! One was supposed to be a lemon, the other a lime, but the fruit on both is green. Living in the north country, I have never seen citrus trees growing, but I expected immature lemons to be green. So one question I have is -- are immature lemons green or yellow? The second question is how do I know when the fruit is ready to pick?
Thank you -- the fruit on both trees is green, which makes me think that one of them is a lemon tree (with immature fruit) and the other a lime tree that may be ready to pick. How do I know when the fruit is ready?
Immature Lemons are green.

HI there, my lemon tree has had a weird kind of white, scale on its leaves, when you shake the tree they fall off like dandruff. Can I still eat the fruit? Also what is it, and what can I do (organically) to rid the tree of this? Much appreciated!!
It's a fungus or other citrus tree disease. You just need to treat it with a special spray treatment. I don't know if you should eat the fruit...I wouldn't until the issue is resolved. Definitely look for an organic option

Hi! I'm not sure what is going on with my lemon ? tree... it's been blooming a lot and produces tiny lemons but they grow to a dime size and drop from the tree.. is it normal? I have this lemon tree since February it was purchased online from lemoncitrustree.com It is growing indoors in a self watering pot
Bud and fruit drop can be due to a few things; not enough sunshine, uneven watering, nutrients and lack of pollination.
