I am getting ready to put Lemon Trees outside & several of the branches are long. Can I prune them NOW w/o harming the productivity of lemons ?

My lemon tree get yellow tips on their leaves. what is the cause of this. the tree is more than 15 years old . I noticed also that less foliage. and less flower. I bought Fish fertilizer when i noticed this problem and giving this fertilizer. attached are the photos. Please advise sally M.

My lemon tree is rapidly branching out and now look unbalanced. Can i prune it now or should I wait till the autumn? I am located in the sunny Algarve. regards John
Pruning is not always needed for a Lemon Tree, they often shape themselves into lovely specimens.

is the sap normal
This is likely transpiration.

If the sap is sticky then you likely have an infestation and this is honeydew.
Treat the plant with Neem Oil.

I am sending you photos of 3 different trees. The first is a lemon with black things, the second is an orange tree with orange or brown bugs (I dont know if it is San Carlos), and the third is what my rose's leaves looks like. Can I treat it with white oil? Thanks.
