My lantana plant is drying suddenly - flowers dried, leaves turning brown, plant becoming brittle. I got this plant (small) a month back. It was doing well till about few days back. It is planted in a small pot. What am i doing wrong?
Does your container have drainage holes? The picture shows very dry and poor soil, at least on top. Container plants need soil that is loose and drains well which is why potting soil mixes are popular. Regular garden soil can become compacted restricting root development and decreasing oxygen levels in the soil. I suggest trimming off the flower heads and several sets of leaves. After watering the previous day, transplant to a deeper container using potting soil or mixing equal parts garden soil, sand and compost. Locate the plant where it will have some protection from hot afternoon sun at least until it restarts new growth.
My mom has what almost looks like black berries growing on an infesting her lantana plant and can't find an info on them. Any idea on what those might be and why?
This is the fruit of a Lantana. They are normal and are toxic, do not consume.
Most sterile varieties do not produce berries.
Fruit: Small black or blue-black, toxic berries. Most sterile hybrids do not produce berries.

Why are half my lantana plants nothing but sticks, and the others are blooming?
It seems that one or more of the plants have a fungus, or that area may not get as much water, or retain as much. Wettable Sulfur will rid the area of fungus, and neem oil can be sprayed directly on the foliage. Can I trim a mature Lantana plant that is getting too high without doing damage?
Yes, and it is recommended to do this in spring, although it is likely to survive at any time as long as it isn't overly hot or dry. Here is an article that will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/lantana/lantana-pruning.htm

What is the best way to propagate lantana? Will the new plants bloom as well as the old ones? Thanks
Lantana is easily propagated through taking cuttings. This method will ensure that the offspring is exactly identical to the parent plant. Here is an article that will help:https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/lantana/how-to-propagate-lantana.htm
