Why are half my lantana plants nothing but sticks, and the others are blooming?

It seems that one or more of the plants have a fungus, or that area may not get as much water, or retain as much. Wettable Sulfur will rid the area of fungus, and neem oil can be sprayed directly on the foliage. This article will help:
