een grafted with both male and female Scions ? een grafted with both male and female Scions ?
That would be a good question for the vendor that the plant came from! It could be that it is, simply, a male AND female. There are cultivars like this.
On the other hand, insects can pollinate for miles, so there is a possibility that there is one much further away, as well.
Here are some articles that will offer quite a bit of information on the care of Kiwi:
I bought 2 kiwi plants and really don't much about them. Could you help please?

On Year 3. No blossoms. Plant is robust, healthy and pest free. Gorgeous over 8 ft. tall. Bought daughter a plant that is on Year 2 now that is fruiting. Father's plant fruited in Year 2. Why am I not even getting blossoms? Can't be lack of a pollinator because there are no blossoms to pollinate and I have lots of bees around. What can I do? I use Spray-n-Grow micronutrients and fertilizer (Started last year). Everything else I've used it on has grown abundantly and flowered and fruited like crazy. Can't imagine why this isn't flowering.

all plants are 5 years old but the male never flowered ; perhaps due to not enough full sun . wanted to try a Scion of a male plant grafted to a female where there is a bit more sun . I have clipped some flowering male branches and put them near the females and have gotten a fair number of kiwis so hoping a graft would grow and let the female plants other branches live as well

My self pollinating kiwi bush which is about 7 years old and very healthy hasn't flowered yet. I have to trim it every year as it's so rampant,is there anything I can do to improve the chance of it flowering and producing fruit?
There are several reasons why a self-fertile kiwi will fail to fruit. Usually, it is an environmental factor, such as the need for 220, consecutive, frost-free days. It can be due to soil fertility, as well, but usually it is from overfertilization, rather than under.

I have five 4-year old female kiwis growing on a raised trellis/arbor. 3 males have died, one after the other, although planted in same soil/conditions - 2 metres from the females. Should I plant the new (4th) male under the same trellis, or much further away? Secondly, should I just let it "bush", or should I train it up to a line? Thank you.
Generally, the issue is spacing. They need to be about 4.5 m apart, but within 15 m for pollination. It may be too close together to support growth in that spot.
