I received a hyacinth bulb in water. It has started to bloom.I have never had an indoor plant and am not sure what to do after it blooms. Help! Thank you, Barbara
Follow these instructions for planting your hyacinth bulb outside after forced blooming.
So I've cut the stalk of the Hyacinth off because these flowers have already bloomed and now are dying. The stalk still green. In place of the flower is a green seed pod and I don't know when 2 or what to do with it from this point on if I want to save the seeds and grow them myself into mature Hyacinth plants.

I’ve a few hyacinths in pots which were forced and blooming now. Can I plant directly after bloom rather than waiting for fall.
No, you will want to let this go into dormancy and store it until autumn. This article will give you information on what to do at this point: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/hyacinth/care-for-hyacinth-houseplants.htm
The bulbs are no longer in the water, but the roots are. Do I just cut the flowers off and let it dry out in the vase, or should I remove it from the water supply completely? Also, do I have to let the bulb dry out? Do I leave the leaves until they are dead, then cut them off? I really want to keep these, but I am truly clueless. Please help. Thanks!
