Hyacinth Plant

I’ve a few hyacinths in pots which were forced and blooming now.
Can I plant directly after bloom rather than waiting for fall.

No, you will want to let this go into dormancy and store it until autumn. This article will give you information on what to do at this point: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/hyacinth/care-for-hyacinth-houseplants.htm
