Q.Purple Hyacinth Plant Was Sold In A Clear Glass Vase With Water Only. How Do I Save The Bulb Now That The Bloom Has Died?

Zone Diamondhead, Ms. | boopsie06061961 added on May 30, 2020 | Answered

The bulbs are no longer in the water, but the roots are. Do I just cut the flowers off and let it dry out in the vase, or should I remove it from the water supply completely? Also, do I have to let the bulb dry out? Do I leave the leaves until they are dead, then cut them off? I really want to keep these, but I am truly clueless. Please help. Thanks!
