nything the water gets onto. How can I fix this problem? Will testing the water and soil help? Shallow wells have been placed next to us. There are high iron contents in the water. The grass in the other yards appears to be healthy. My garden, has been significantly damaged. My cobblestone border is a bright bronze/gold color. I replaced multiple items. I noticed it happening again on my second and third replacements. When I was hand watering the garden I could feel the water from the sprinkler heads coming onto me in my garden and it then gave me a potential clue to what might be happening. I am looking for any additional information and solutions to help my garden. Thank you.
This might be one for your local utility board! Your local extension service may have some advice to offer, as well. This article will help you to find the closest to you:
We live in Phoenix Az, it’s planted to get morning sun but afternoon filtered sun and showing some brown leaves! We planted it about two1/2 months ago and water every two days. Thanks Mike
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through, and it wasn't specified the plant in question.
I suspect that overwatering in compensation for heat has lead to fungal infection. This is common with new transplants, and is especially true during warmer portions of the year.

What should I be planting to stop and collect it before it hits my glass windows etc? I compost every year and I know I have a lot of fine "earth" flying around too. I have tried to plant rooms and structure, but I need suggestions.. I own both houses the one on the right (salmon) has the long driveway and parking area. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6HvjldyhjE
Perhaps planting a windbreak of shrubs or trees will prevent the dust and rocks from getting blown onto the structures. Here's an article that will help:

When vehicles stir up dust and gravel the effect is similar to wind. Here is an article that pertains to wind screens:

For the past 5 years my very small backgarden has flooded to about a depth of 2 ins - which takes day/weeks to clear. Rain fall water only. I have agreed to have it re-turfed, because the grass has turned to slime. This is a heavy clay soil, which until the 1960's was farm meadow land. I believe. Today I went out and spiked the soil in several places with a metal rod. it wouldnt not go deeper than 6 ins in any part - some parts only 2 ins. I have no idea what lies beneath the 'top soil', What procedure shall I follow, The cost of removing & re-turfing this small area is £1200. So I want it to be permanent and sure of the right route....thank you

I understand I should not plant anything I will eat any closer than 8 ft to a septic tank. If I cover the tank and leach field with flowers will it jeopardize the pollinators?

Tree has many dead limbs and here in late march no new leaves yet? Live in Middle Georgia, should they start budding?
Since I don't know what kind of tree you have, it's hard to give a specific answer about whether the tree should be pruned to get it to leaf out, etc. However, dead or damaged wood can be removed whenever you see it.
