We live in Phoenix Az, it’s planted to get morning sun but afternoon filtered sun and showing some brown leaves! We planted it about two1/2 months ago and water every two days. Thanks Mike

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through, and it wasn't specified the plant in question.

I suspect that overwatering in compensation for heat has lead to fungal infection. This is common with new transplants, and is especially true during warmer portions of the year.
