Copper Sulphate and mix it myself?
it is supposed to rain then frost tonight . can i still cover my flowers with a towel even though it will get wet?
I don't know what kind of flowers you have, but most are too delicate to handle a wet or frozen towel. Plus the cover shouldn't touch the plants.
You may want to try draping plastic or burlap over some stakes for protection. Here are some tips:

Do gardens need light in winter ? A neighbouring extension threatens to cast our garden into complete shadow from about the beginning of December to mid January. Will this harm our garden and any garden plants. Thanks
If the plants in question are dormant at this time it should not affect them.

I have a vine that I planted last spring that has some freeze damage it is only about a foot tall can I save it and how ?
If it a vine hardy to your zone 7 it should be fine. You can trim back any winter damage and vines should regrow. You don't mention what type of vine it is, so prune lightly.
I would like some information on Fogging into my Greenhouse. What are the benefits and what are the pitfalls?
These articles should help:

I have started alot of plants from seed indoors under a grow light. And I have removed some of them and planted in small pots and then transplanted again into bigger pots. I can't plant outside because of unusually cold weather. I'm worried the plants are going to die because I can't get them outside. This entire weeks is high of 50 degrees with a complete freeze warning for Friday evening. Any advice on what to do. Just to be clear they are no longer under the lights, I do not have room to put all plants due to the larger pots and amount of plants.
They look good! As long as you can keep them near a window, south preferably, they should be OK. If you have any fluorescent lights, they work as well as grow lights. Turn the ones near the window so they don't start reaching out. Any light is better than no light, even if you have to use incandescent.
Brown blotches and the dying.
Without more information or what kind of plants, I can give you some possibilities. Consider your watering practices. Overwatering is a common problem. Here is more:
