most of the leaves are healthy. there are some little bugs on the stems that i can’t identify but they don’t seem to be damaging the leaves. the plant just came from florida but is kept indoors
Was it outside in Florida? Even if not, it is probably suffering from a change in environment. It should bounce back. I would spray some Neem oil on those bugs just to be sure. Or an insecticidal soap. Also make sure it isn't next to an air conditioning vent. Here are the cultural requirements it needs:

Ted 0455024974 thanks for your help
New leaves will not grow back from the old leaves, but they will sprout from the base of the plant or center of the plant.

Hello! I just repotted my colocasia black magic in a large pot to allow her to grow during the summer. I am not sure if I planted her deep enough. The stems are weak and the leaves are heavy, so the stems are white bent/curved. Perhaps that's normal until the plant grows stronger roots. But if it would be better to plant her deeper, I would want to know. Thanks!!!
You can't plant it any deeper or the stem will be below the soil which could cause stem rot. Make certain it is getting enough light and not too much water. It looks like the pot is plenty wide, which could be holding excess water.

I planted a colocasia bulb and it has 6 sprouts, one of which has two leaves. Should I cut off the other sprouts? I wish to have a single plant. Thank you, Paula
Unfortunately, if you wish to have a single plant, you will need to divide it off from the bulb, making sure that you get plenty of roots. Alternatively, you can divide this during dormancy, when it is nothing more than a rhizome again.

plant leaf turned white, lots of morning sun, watered plant after placing outdoors, was doing great inside
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. Depending on the type of elephant ear It may be sensitive to outdoor sunlight. Some of them require a fair amount of shade, or filtered light, through a window.
I would recommend acclimating it slowly, and if that does not help then it will need to remain an indoor plant.

This morning all my elephant plant were collapse
This will be hard to say without seeing pictures or knowing anything about the growing conditions of the plant. There are many causes, from root rot, to dry soil, to insects or animals underground, and many more things.
My first though goes to Verticillium, though. This article will help:

I water them well twice per week. I fertilized with miracle grow when I planted them. Also, w have had a lot of rain this summer. But I don't water them if it has rained.
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. It sounds like overwatering, though. Instead of watering on schedule, watering should be done as the soil dries, completely, down to about 2 inches, then watered deeply.
You may need a fungicide. This article will help:
