n apple cucumber, but it was off a normal cucumber plant. Love to know if, in fact, this is possible?
No, but sometimes they can appear round in the case of phosphorus deficiency. I would say this is what likely happened. This article will help you to care for cucumber plants: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/cucumber/tips-for-growing-cucumbers.htm
what is the difference, can either be planted in containers? Can bush be grown with a trellis?
These articles should help, but bush is usually for smaller gardens and can be grown in containers. Vining cucumbers do well on a trellis if your garden space is limited. For large gardens, they can sprawl on the ground.

I've started my cucumber plants indoors to get an early start, along with the rest of my garden, they all seem to be doing well but two of my cucumber plants leaves are starting to turn brown, why is this happening and what can I do?
It appears to be normal, but could be the start of a bacterial infection.
Those cotelydons (round seedling leaves) are only meant to serve as a nutrition source until the true leaves can take over with photosynthesis. After that, the cotyledons will start to degrade. Sometimes, they will stay on for quite awhile, but it is normal to see them die off.
If this starts spreading to the healthy, true leaves, then you will want to attempt treatment with a fungicide, and let them dry out a bit between watering.

I have a greenhouse 8 X 12 and cucumbers are growing fast, but they turn yellow and fall off due to no insects to pollinate them. I cannot open greenhouse due to wildlife around. Deer and rabbits are destroying the crop. Any ideas...
There are a couple of ways to do this. When you see male flowers, pick them and dry and save them. They contain plenty of pollen. Use a fine, soft paint brush and brush the pollen onto the female flowers. Or, you can wait until both sexes show together, and pollinate straight from flower.
I'm wondering, if the plant might be experiencing a calcium/magnesium deficiency, though. This happens frequently in containers. Try keeping DOLOMITIC lime handy. This will prevent quite a few problems before they start. A handful in each container will suffice.
You may also want to supplement with any bloom booster. Use them at 1/4 strength that is recommended, as they are VERY strong.

Can I use epsom salts on cucumbers, squash and eggplants
Epsom salt should be fine with these vegetables if used judiciously. Here are two articles that should help:

Watering every day with hose, noted wilting at times as little as 8 hours after watering
Overwatering will be the culprit. Here is an article to help you grow cucumbers:

Hello. I have a garden bed that measures 6ft by 3ft. I want to put two varieties of cucumber plant. One burpless and the other undecided. What are the effects of putting two varieties next to each other? Additionally what are the effects of putting two varieties of peppers, beans, etc close to each other?
I've not heard of any problems from growing two varieties of the same plant side by side. Here's an article that will tell you what not to plant in the same proximity, but you should be fine with what you want to do.
