Q.Flowers & Vegetables

My flowers that I plant don’t die but they don’t really grow either. What am I doing wrong? Also, I plant Burpless cucumbers and they grow ok, but the blossoms or even the little cukes wither and fall off. I might get a cucumber and then the plants die. Help please.

It is a pollination problem. When the flowers are not pollinated, the plant "aborts" the fruit because it will not make seeds. These articles will help:

https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/melons/hand-pollinating-melons.htm (cucumbers pollinate the same as melons)
