We planted bell pepper plants and we've had 3 bell peppers come out (and many flowers) but those 3 fell off. They turn yellow from the plant to the pepper and just fall off. What's the cause of this?

How to start and raise bell peppers (all types and colors) from the seeds in the peppers? How to handle these seeds and plant so as to have orange, red, yellow, and green peppers all the time without having to go to the store and pay insane prices?? HELP and thanks in advance.

We are near the Rio Grande and our soil is sandy. It is often very windy also. I planted six 4" bell peppers three days ago. A couple of them are showing white areas on top of the leaves. What is the proper way to water these young plants?
The white areas are sunscald. This is caused when seedlings are not properly acclimated. This article will help you with acclimating them in the future: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/seeds/how-to-harden-off-your-seedlings.htm For the first week or two, water daily. Then after that, they need 2-4 inches of water a week.
I plant hot peppers and bell peppers in rows side by side. Hot peppers do great; bells do very poorly. Is there a different soil prep or something for the two kinds of pepper or what could be the problem? Thank you.
They are essentially the same as far as needs but hot varieties do tend to do better in drier soil, as they were mostly developed in areas where it is a bit drier. It may be that there is too little water for the bell varieties. It may also be a fungus or bacteria that is attacking the bell peppers that the hot varieties have a natural resistance to. What symptoms do you see on the bell peppers?
I have planted this year some tomato plants, bell peppers (yellow, red and green), and watermelon. I have had a problem with something eating the bell pepper and watermelon plants. They are much too youg to have fruit, so the pest is eating only the leaves. The plant is eaten down to a stub. I know there are gophers in my front yard but have not seen evidence of them in the backyard where the plants are. I did see last night a rat/mouse in the garden eating some bird seed, but not touching the plants. Can rats/mice eat vegetable and fruit plants?
It's possible that the culprit is a slug. They normally only come out at night, so you may not ever see them, but the damage is quite similar to what you describe. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/facts-about-slugs-and-how-to-kill-garden-slugs.htm
Why are my bell peppers falling off when they are the size of a hat pin? My plants have been in the ground about six weeks. Plants are about 20 inches tall. They bloom, but as soon as the peppers set, they turn yellow and fall off. My Jalapeno plants are full of peppers. This is happening with my green, yellow, and red bells. I have over 80 tomatoes on 9 plants.
This article has some thoughts on this problem: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/pepper/peppers-falling-off.htm
I brought bell pepper plants home from the feed store, planted them, and they seemed to take fine for about 5 days. Now I am noticing that the leaves are beginning to turn white in places, and they don't look so strong. What's happening? (Sandy top soil, box gardening, first water bath created moisture almost 6 inches down.)
It sounds like the feed store did not properly acclimate them and they are suffering from sunscald, which is like a sunburn for plants. They should recover on their own, but you can treat them like they have transplant shock to help them recover better.
