High temperatures can cause the bloom color to fade or wash out. Although it doesn’t occur often, if the pH is high, bloom color can become lighter too. Anthuriums perform best in soil with a pH around 5.5. Yellow leaves can be caused by a number of things. Typically in houseplants, it is either underwatering or overwatering. Water when the top of the soil feels dry, but to do let the soil dry out all the way. It could also be developing a fungus (which neem oil can help with).

This article will have some other causes for yellow leaves: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/plant-leaves-turn-yellow.htm

You can prune your Anthurium at any time of year.
Use sterile garden tools to make cuts.
Remove any damaged or yellowing leaves.
You can then remove all but 4 or 5 of the healthiest leaves to the base of their stems.
