My wisteria was full of blooms this year, but it has not grown at all and some of it has died. My wisteria has no new growth this year despite being full of flowers in the spring.
It could be as simple as needing some additional watering if it's been dry, or even some pruning.
But it's best to carefully inspect the plant for insects or even fungus issues.
I'm listing some links to help you pinpoint the issue and some things to watch for.
I would remove any dead material and dispose of.
A preventative treatment of Neem Oil would be a good idea also even if you find not other issues.

A thriving wisteria is suddenly drooping. Could the water from flushing and cleaning cement tools have harmed the roots? About five days before the drooping, a small concrete walk was made at a distance away from the wisteria plant. But when the wheelbarrow and tools were cleaned, they were uphill from the plant and were generously sprayed with a hose. Some of that water (alkaline) probably seeped into the ground. Two ideas are being tried: 1) flood the area to dilute the alkaline water, and 2) mix a solution of Mir-Acid and apply in a patch between the cement water and the plant. Is it too late?
Large volumes of concrete wastewater can burn plant roots.
You should have a soil test performed to determine what if anything has entered the soil around the Wisteria vine.
Wisteria needs soil with a ph of between 6-7.
Your local County Extension Office can help you with a soil test.

My wisteria has not really grown since I brought it. In the pic, the growth is the only growth that had happened for the last 2 years. Can you tell me why and how to help it to grow, please?
Wisteria does tend to become stunted when grown in a pot. The yellow leaves and slow growth may indicate a lack of soil fertility such as nitrogen deficiency. Try adding some N-P-K fertilizer or organic equivalents like compost, cured manure, bone meal, and blood meal. Follow the package directions for amounts to add and frequency. Also check for any obvious insect infestations.

Wisteria leaves turned yellow in August. It is now completely bare and the runners have no sap and are dead. Our second wisteria on the same pergola is healthy, green and no sign of disease. Should we dig up the dead plant and can we replant another in the same place?
If this wisteria was recently planted, this could be a case of transplant shock. It could also be a disease or insect pest. Look over both plants for any visible insect pests on the leaves and stems or in the soil. Also check these articles for some possibilities:

Before planting again, I would have the soil tested.

I started a wisteria last year. Now it is 8 in. tall with 3 shoots. Should I prune it and how?
I don't think it's ready for pruning yet. In a few years when it's bigger, here's how to prune:
