My wisteria was full of blooms this year, but it has not grown at all and some of it has died. My wisteria has no new growth this year despite being full of flowers in the spring.

It could be as simple as needing some additional watering if it's been dry, or even some pruning.
But it's best to carefully inspect the plant for insects or even fungus issues.
I'm listing some links to help you pinpoint the issue and some things to watch for.
I would remove any dead material and dispose of.
A preventative treatment of Neem Oil would be a good idea also even if you find not other issues.
