The zucchini plants I planted about three weeks back are turing pale yellow. I put lots of tree humus in the soil last year and water them regularly. Do they need more nitrogen fertilizer? I fail to understand. Swami
They may have been improperly acclimated, and are now suffering from sunscald. That being said, you would have seen signs of this within days of planting them out. If this was the case, this article will help you with planting out seedlings in the future:

If they were fine in the week or so after planting, they may be suffering from transplant shock. Increase water to the plant and this article will also help:

This is the second year my zucchini plants have done this. The end of the vegetable starts shrivelling before it matures enough to pick, and now it's going to my crookneck squash. Is it from too much water? I would greatly appreciate a solution to this dilemma.
It sounds like a pollination problem. These articles will help:

What is causing a zucchini vine to become mush or rot in the middle of the vine in less than 24 hrs. The plant has been producing well and had no other illness or bug issues.
It may be vine borer. This article will help:

My plant is about 5 weeks old. I am seeing lots of yellow flowers and large green leaves. Do I cut off the flowers, or does the zucchini grow from the flower? What do I do next?
Do not remove the flower, as this is where the zucchini fruit comes from.
My zucchini are growing nicely but they are pale green with some yellow, not dark green like they are in the market. Is there something wrong with the way I am growing them?
The following articles should be of some help to you: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/zucchini/solutions-for-common-problems-growing-zucchini.htm

This can be caused by spider mites, which can suck the juices from plants, leaving them pale in color. Treat with insecticidal soap or see articles above. It could also be due to some type of bacterial infection. Remove infected leaves/plants.
My plant has bugs on leaf and flowers and some leaves and squash are turning yellow. I only have one plant in large pot. Is using a soapy solution ok, or shoud I start another plant?
The soapy solution should be fine. You could also try using neem oil, which is an organic pesticide/fungicide. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm
Why would there only be male blossoms on my squash plants? Is there something I need to do?
This is a normal process. Early in the growing season squash plants tend to produce more male blossoms than female blossoms. Since there are no female blossoms for the male plant to pollinate, the male blossoms simply fall off the vine. Your squash vine will eventually produce a more even mix of female and male blossoms. The male blossoms will still fall off the vine but the female blossoms will grow into squash. Be patient.
