Potted Zucchini Plant

Question

My plant is about 5 weeks old. I am seeing lots of yellow flowers and large green leaves. Do I cut off the flowers, or does the zucchini grow from the flower? What do I do next?

Do not remove the flower, as this is where the zucchini fruit comes from.
