I have two plants in a 4x8 raised bed. They receive 5 hours of direct sun with 2 additional hours of filtered sun. Both plants produce blooms. Some of those just drop off while others will start to fruit but those have all turned to mush. I don't see any pests. Any ideas?
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. From the sound of it, it could be a calcium or magnesium deficiency. Usually, the emphasis will be on calcium.
A foliar spray will be the quickest solution. Using Dolomitic lime in the soil will help, long term, though. Using both can help now, and stave off future problems.

My mother has noticed that her hand are stains yellow and itch really bad after messing with zucchini and squash leaves. The past few days I have noticed a white film over the zucchini and squash leaves and now on my new pumpkin leaves. The film doesn’t seem to come off when I rub it. I am not sure if it’s bad nor if she’s just having a reaction to the leaves. If you can give me any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
That is a mixture of pollen and downy mildew. They are no harm to you, but downy mildew will be detrimental to the health of your plant.
The plant, itself, is covered in very small spines that will break off into your skin when you touch the leaves and stems. This will be what is causing irritation. I would advise wearing gloves when you touch these plants.

Can I correct this? The zucchini got a late start. First planting suffered from cutworms. Could there still be cutworms in the garden attacking at the flower stems?
Cutworms normally feed at the base of the plant. Animals such as deer, rabbits and birds eat flowers. This article explains why the blossoms drop:

Hi I have a yellow courgette plant that has produced loads of yellow courgettes. But now it has produced yellow and green ones that are lumpy. Some leaf has died as well.
This is unfortunate.
Squash Mosaic Virus is most likely. This disease is not treatable. Here is an article that will help you manage the disease:

The best thing will be to plant things that are unrelated to the plant, since the particular species of the virus thrives on squash and its relatives.
I have a very small garden and I love to try and grow food. Last Year I grew Strawberries, Raspberries, Tomatoes, Potatoes and was very proud when I cooked them and put them on my table for dinner. This is my first time to grow Courgettes and I don't know what form they take, Please help me......Zita
There will be no fruit if you take off the flowers. That is where the fruit comes from. That flower is a male. It will be responsible for pollinating the female flowers that will show up eventually, which will bear the fruit.

I picked zucchini which are one foot and larger. They are yellow and tough on the inside. Are they still good to bake with?
These look fine. They've over-grown and may be tougher than others, but if you remove the seeds and just use the flesh, they should be quite edible. Unless a squash is mushy or stringy on the inside or has very dull or marred skin, it should be okay to use for cooking. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/zucchini/zucchini-squash-harvesting.htm
