Q.Why Is My Yellow Courgette Turning Green And Lumpy.

Hi I have a yellow courgette plant that has produced loads of yellow courgettes. But now it has produced yellow and green ones that are lumpy. Some leaf has died as well.

This is unfortunate.

Squash Mosaic Virus is most likely. This disease is not treatable. Here is an article that will help you manage the disease:

The best thing will be to plant things that are unrelated to the plant, since the particular species of the virus thrives on squash and its relatives.
