i have a raised garden and beautiful, healthy strawberry plants. I'm finding the yellow on the way to red strawberries completely eaten ti the cap. I even draped 2 of the berries on top of the bricks and they were eaten yesterday. I do not use fertilizer or sprays. I did not have this problem last year and all I added was some mulch this year. Help
There are many things that will eat strawberries, from rabbits to insects, unfortunately. Unless you catch the thief in the act, or see signs of what might have been there, than it can be hard to say.
Here are some articles that will help you to protect your strawberries:

This spring I tried to grow strawberries from (store-bought) seeds, but only a few of the seeds germinated and what is even more confusing to me, the 2 mm baby plants then started to die. Only two of the seedlings have survived thus far and they look healthy and all right in every way but they just refuse to grow. They have been the same for about a month without any sign of a third leaf starting to sprout or the plant getting any taller. Neither do they look unhealthy in any way. They are planted in soil and I'm careful not to over- or underwater them. All my other plants are doing fine but the strawberries just won't grow bigger. Do you have any suggestion as for what could be the problem?

Bought strawberry plants and set them out yesterday. This morning, all the tops were gone. Will they grow again from the crown or are they "done"?
I think with some special care, your plants still have time to grow and produce. Here are a couple articles that should help:

I was using my water type feeder with the plant food in it. Accidentally sprayed the strawberries, not just the soil. Fertilizer was about 12 years old, too. Brand Master Nursery Bud & Bloom 10-52-8
them off indoors, and with a growlamp, they all flourished for two weeks. Then I brought them outside. Within 4-5 days they start ed to wither. Now almost all of them are shrivelling and dying. I bought a whole bunch of baby strawberry plants. I planted them in planters for my 12th story balcony in Washington DC. I started them off indoors, and with a grow-lamp, they all flourished for 2-3 weeks. Then I brought them outside. Within 41-2 weeks they started to wither. Now almost all of them are shriveling and dying. I thought maybe I hadn't watered them enough. So I gave them a ton of water yesterday. That hasn't seemed to stop them from dying. Not sure what to do.
They need to be acclimated when moving plants outside. Yours may be getting a much stronger light than they were inside under the lights. Also make sure you aren't overwatering. There also might have been a big temperature swing. These articles should help:

My white strawberry plants are healthy, but all they do is grow runners and no fruit, what am I doing wrong?
They are heavy feeders. Do you fertilize? They also need about 1 inch of water a week. Are they in a full sun situation? Here are their cultural requirements which should help pinpoint the problem.

My chives have spread and intermixed with my wild strawberries, potentially hogging nutrients from fruit production. Digging out the chives might damage the strawberries' root structure
You can carefully dig out or pull out the chives that have spread. The strawberries may suffer slight root or rhizome damage but I'm sure it will recover just fine.
