My plants ends turned fainted from green colour then dry and dead along with Zafran bulbs. Pictures are attached. Please advise me about treatment of said conditions. Naeem Akhtar,
We did not receive a picture. Try sending it again. This could be many things. In the meantime, you can read this collection of articles for more information on the care of saffron:
When I ordered saffron plant by internet - I thought I will get saffron bulb. Instead they sent me hundred or so tiny seeds. Do saffron have seeds as well. DK
Absolutely! They will grow very easily also. This website offers more information on the subject: https://gardenofeaden.blogspot.com/2009/03/how-to-grow-crocus-from-seed.html
Is it true that once saffron crop has been harvested, you rotate and cannot use that same plot for 4yrs. Would it not be possible to re-mulch and fertilize leaving plot empty for the next 1 to 2 yrs then reuse.
There is some confusion here. Saffron bulbs multiply rapidly, so rapidly that they become crowded and less productive. For that reason, they should be dug up and thinned every 4-6 years. They can be replanted in the same location. I would add compost to the soil at that time.
I do not have any photos as I am inquiring because we get ALOT of rain except in summer.

I have purchased the following seeds: Safflower; White Japanese Lilac; Purple Giant Allium Gogarten and Purple Climbing Rose. My soil is very salty, and the winds are constant at 10 MPH with gusts up to 30MPH frequently. I have a garden behind my house which blocks most of the wind, but the salt air is still heavy. I have tried 24 different plants including Veggies and flowers and nothing can grow in my soil. I now use potting soil in containers, and can grow just about anything. Can you offer any advice on growing the aforementioned seeds? Thank you Tom Shannon

Actually they bloom in the fall and fall planting is most desired. However, they probably won't bloom the year they are planted. They will send up shoots in the spring, die back, then bloom that fall.
You can go ahead and plant yours since they don't store well. Here is more information on their care:
