My searches on your website only brings up constant search lists (mainly for sale) that have nothing to do with the care. My Mr. Lincoln Rose Bush has been planted since May 2022 but has done absolutely nothing.
Interesting. We do not sell anything, nor offer anything of the sorts.
That rose will be a Hybrid Tea Rose and will have this type of care.

1) Shrub, leaves holed and dying, plant is well fed and sprayed with "rose clear" but appears to be dying?? 2) Climbing, looks healthy but does not flower at all at the middle of the plant??
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the damage. What I can do in the meantime is point to an article that will go over the most common rose diseases.

Planted in late June in new beds 2 rose bushes- thrips were diagnosed and we’ve been treating- but hardly any blooms in total. Zinnia border plants didn’t thrive and were eaten. Blueberries planted in another new bed in May- for early and midsummer berries. No berries but more importantly no real growth. Also lost basil and zinnias in this bed. Finally, my perennials in my older bed were great this summer, but annuals struggled or died- in fact my zucchini plant flowered beautifully but ‘aborted’ its only fruit early. ( Lots of issues!)
Was your soil enriched with compost when the beds were first constructed? Do you occasionally fertilize per the specifics of the plants? Since you're having widespread problems, I suggest getting a soil sample and finding out what nutrients the soil lacks as well as the soil pH. Blueberries need very acidic soil to thrive, for example.

I bought these beautiful flowers yesterday for my mother in law & she would like to know the rose type as she has never seen them before if anyone can help please
Unfortunately, this would be very difficult to say from a flower arrangement. I would need to know if it was a vining type, bush type, and many other details pertaining to the rose.
In the meantime, this collection of articles will offer more information on the different types of roses:
My roses aren't looking good, aren't flowering as they usually do. How can I save them and have butterfly bushes, too?
Unfortunately, you may have to move one or the other.
I have 2 Tuscany Superb rose bushes that appear in all ways very healthy, with the exception of their flowers. The bushes have many blooms that once the bud opens, the petals are tightish, but otherwise fine, in the sense that they are smallish petals; but all the centers are all dry and dead. They do not exhibit any live centers at all.
It could be thrips at work. They are insects that tunnel into the buds. Another possibility is bud blast from underwatering. Here is more:
