Q.What Causes Tuscany Superb Rose Buds To Open With Dry, Dead Centers

Zone 52556 | Anonymous added on September 21, 2022 | Answered

I have 2 Tuscany Superb rose bushes that appear in all ways very healthy, with the exception of their flowers. The bushes have many blooms that once the bud opens, the petals are tightish, but otherwise fine, in the sense that they are smallish petals; but all the centers are all dry and dead. They do not exhibit any live centers at all.
