I bought it 10 days ago in a plastic pot. It was a rainy day. It seemed healthy. I left it on the balcony for 3 days and it started curling. I thought it might need some water so I watered it until the water run out from the bottom hole. It’s condition worsened the next day. And then I bought a potting soil and relocated the rosemary to a bigger pot. It is getting shaded sun 5 hours and over 8 hours direct light.
Overwatering will be the culprit, here.
From here, you will need a fungicide, and proper care.

Half of my favourite rosemary bush Has died off. I’ve not been watering it, and it has flourished in the same location over the last couple of years. There seems to be some odd growths on the branches. Any idea what could be causing this?
If you haven't cut those branches off, go ahead and cut them off. I tried zooming in on the photo and those growths could be scale, which is an insect pest. Here is information that should help:

I planted cilantro, dill, basil, rosemary, and oregano seeds and failed to mark which I put where. The basil, dill, and cilantro have all sprouted and are easily identifiable. However I have zero experience with propagating oregano or rosemary from seed. There are 2 seedlings that look different and are growing very slowly.
It all looks like rosemary to me.

which is the most cold hardy Rosemary? i live in mid zone 7 but we see zone 6 weather for a week or two, every winter. where do i buy it in bulk? i want something i can use as a hedge and needs no care
Here are three hardy rosemary plants to zone 7, but rosemary is typically hardy to zone 9, so it is a risk to make an entire hedge out of rosemary.
Hello, Our rosemary, sage and mint grow beside each other and are all three affected. The lemon balm is not affected. The leaves have a discolouration of yellow spots. I've attached a photograph which I hope shows the affliction clearly enough. Is this being caused by something in the soil?
Hard to tell if this is aphids, a fungus or just a lack of nitrogen in your soil. I suggest treating them a few times with neem oil, and add a bit of nitrogen to their soil. I'm suspecting an infestation that just doesn't bother lemon balm. Here's a helpful article:

ct sunlight most of the day. Can an herb garden withstand the Florida sun without shade? Or should I select another area? I'm planning on rosemary, thyme, cilantro, mint, basil, chives, parsley and dill. The site is between tree trunks and in couple of holes in the trunks.
I think both of these articles will help you quite a bit:

Hello, I have few pots of rosemary. They are few years old, and seem doing okay (aside from being leggy not bushing upwards). I live in the tropics, I don't overwater them, plant them in a very loose fast draining soil (mixture of potting mix, small gravel of volcanic rocks, and dried fern stems). Recently two out of 4 drooped and eventually died. And when I removed them from the pots, they don't seem to grow great deal amount of root system (very shallow). I saw videos when people repotting their rosemary, the pot is filled with roots. And mine barely has any... the whatever roots there don't seem turned mushy and rotting (root rot) Any suggestion, or what did I do wrong? Thanks
Unfortunately, without photos it would be hard to say. They aren't very picky about their conditions, except for overwatering. That will stunt them, and can cause infection. They cannot tolerate, even, moist soils. They will prefer dry, rocky, and poor soil.
This brings me to my next point. Many potting soils are very high in nutrients. Rosemary will not tolerate rich soils, since they originate from rocky cliff sides.
While I cannot give a diagnosis without seeing the situation, I can provide some of our articles that will offer some tips on their care:
