My potted plumeria is 2 years old and I haven’t got blooms yet . It got sunburned last summer but recovered. Then before bringing the plant inside for the winter it lost all 7 leaves. Right now it’s mid November and the tip of the top of the stalk is very mushy and dark color. Do you think that I should treat my plumeria with a fungicide? I have used neem oil in the soil to prevent bugs . I have a grow light 6 in away from the plant at least 8 hours a day . The plant is now getting little green nodes or shoots on it (4).
Yes, I would advise applying a fungicide and removing the softer part of the plant. New shoots will be a good sign! This means that it is trying to recover! Make sure to only water when the top half of the soil in the container is dry. You will want it to receive a little less water during the winter months.
I am interested on information regarding plumera aka "frangipani."
Sure! We have several articles that will help:

We have a plumeria that we brought as a 8 inch stalk in Hawaii in 2008. It has never been anything but a stalk. It produces leaves, drops leaves, and continues as a stalk. Right now, it\'s about 3 ft tall with 7 mature leaves with a new one sprouting from the center. How can we make this something besides a stalk.
Your plumeria may be lacking sufficient light if grown indoors. To remedy this, consider pruning the tip above a leaf node to encourage branching and use a balanced fertilizer with higher phosphorus for flowering. Plumerias thrive in full sunlight, so if grown indoors, ensure they receive at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily. If natural light is insufficient, supplement with artificial lighting such as fluorescent or LED grow lights positioned a few inches above the plant. Rotate the plant regularly for even light exposure. Additionally, maintain well-draining soil, regulate watering, and be patient for the plant to develop branches and potentially flower.
Dear Gardening-Knowhow-Team, thank you for this incredible website, I really appreciate your great work. I grow my first plumeria indoor and I really found answers to every question! I really hope you can help me with my question. I bought a plumeria cutting in Hawaii 2 years ago and then grew it in New York. Last summer I had to move to Germany an imported my plumeria. It started flowering shortly after that and everything was fine. I reduced the watering during the last months and put it in a darker place but it did not enter dormancy. Last week I noticed that two leaves have a brown tip that starts to spread to the rest of the leaf (as you can see in the pictures). Is there anything I can do? Is it maybe not enough water? As you may have noticed, this plumeria is extremely important to me and I would greatly appreciate it if you can help me out. Thank you very much in advance and best regards.
Usually brown tips indicate improper watering or low humidity. Since you reduced water and light without dormancy, that may be the problem. It's too late now for dormancy, so I suggest bringing it to more light and increasing watering. Let the soil dry out between waterings.
A friend just gave me cuttings from her Plumeria. Small blossoms were already sprouted. Will they make it to planting in a week? Will they survive and continue growing and producing? Thank you🙏🏼
Those buds will likely fall off during the rooting process. Let the ends callous over for a few days before rooting. This article will tell you how:

We live in Tampa fl and have some large plumeria that got froze when we were out of town at Christmas. The large plants are clearly still alive but the ends are clearly dead. How do I prune to keep further damage or rotting and save the plant? Thank you
