Just moved into new house and could do with some help identifying what sort of tree is in our yard. The second picture shows the foliage which falls from the leaves
That is a Birch tree and its flower! This collection of articles will give you more information:
It's an established creeper with delicate little flowers.
I am unable to see the details of the flowers, close-up. I will be unable to identify this at this time.
I picked up a leftover shrub at a gardening/plant swap. There was no ID or tag- but it's cute so took a chance. I am told it might be a blueberry, but those are usually blooming around Mid-Maryland already. 4+ feet tall, scruffy peeling bark on it's multiple stems, overall photo and leaf closeup attached.
The closest I can come to is an Indigo Bush (Amorpha fruticosa) or Black Locust (Robinia pseudoacacia), both of which are native to Maryland. Your best bet is to take a branch to your local nursery and get their opinion.

Found this all over my yard in the Pacific Northwest of Washington. Don’t want to yank it out if it’s not weeds.
I can't be absolutely certain from this photo, but it looks like you have Shasta daisies in your yard.
Here is a collection of articles that will tell you all about them.

I live in North Wales, UK and we recently moved to a new house by a canal and river. In the extensive back garden, we were digging a compost heap, and found this weed/plant and can find no reference anywhere. It might be invasive, so need to know what it is and how to treat or get rid of it. Anyone please?
It appears to be Creeping Bellflower (Campanula rapunculoides).

Attaching pic of plant I would like identified. This has similar leaves to the egyptian starcluster but can find no plant with the orange middle. Can you help please. Regards Sylvia Brend, Kirkwall, Orkney
I am trying to identify a plant that is in flower now. It's an old fashioned plant and it can be be pink or white. It grows about 60 cm tall and it has spikey shaped flowers. It seems to be that it will grow in very little soil as I have seen it growing outside of gardens almost on the kerbs and on the edges of a driveway. I used to call it goatsbeard when I was small but I have Googled goatsbeard and I always get Astilbe which I love and I have two or three in pots in a sheltered position.
It could be goatsbeard. It has a different botanical name than astilbe and is not related.
