This tree is about 10 years old. It used to completely blossom and was beautiful but for the past couple of years it just blossoms sporadically. A few blossoms here and there. What can I do to get all the blossoms back?
Ornamental pears need sun, water and nutrition to bloom well. A soil sample is probably in order. Fire blight disease is a common problem in these trees. Prune out infected branches. Here's two articles that should help:

t but the fruit skin was brown with some blush but most similar to bradford ornamental pear seeds. The flesh was woody even after 3 to 4 days after picking. I have 4 Bradford pears withing 50 yards and a bartlett within a 100 yards they all bloom at the same time. Is the brown woody fruit from pollenating with the ornamental pears? there is no disease on the tree I am wondering if I should give up or graft bartlett branches into the trunk the shape of the fruit is similar to bartlett but is did develop blush similar to a elberta peach on the sunny side,
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through.
It is very likely that your pears are cross pollinating, but this would not cause any change to the fruit. You would only be able to tell by growing the seeds from the pollinated fruit and comparing that generations fruit back to the parents. So this will not be the reason for the lack of proper fruiting.
Usually, this can be due to lack of nutrition in the soil- Namely, a lack of phosphorus and potassium, and too much nitrogen. It can be caused by disease, also.
There is a chance that the tree could have been mislabeled from the nursery. This does happen from time to time.

The tree is 3 years old. What could be the cause and how to correct it.

I've moved to a new property and the pear tree which is around 3 years old was too big to move but I noticed a shoot growing from the roots and was able to dig up and cutaway from the parent tree with a fair number of roots. It seems healthy enough in it's new garden but does a shoot grow into the full fruiting version, it's a conference pear by the way.
The problem here is that the shoot came from the rootstock so it is not the desirable fruiting pear from above the graft. You will likely get something inferior if it fruits at all. Here is more about tree suckers:
I have a pear tree that I am pretty certain has fire blight, and it has spread to the other fruit trees on the property. I would like to save the tree but not sure I can. The tree has been diseased since last spring. We lost all the peaches from the 2 peach trees and had very few apples. Is there anything we can do to save the pear tree? Is this condition only treatable in spring? The tree has almost lost all of i's leaves as they all turned brown and black. HELP!!
