I have a young peach tree that produced about 50 peaches but I didn't spray with diazonol before the fruit came out so I had something attack the fruit (and now the tree) that is making the fruit/tree ooze. What is this and how can I treat the tree?
This is a sign of peach borers. This article will help:

I live in Las Vegas. I have had two peach trees. The leaves fall off and they are green not yellow leaves. And I do not understand why. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.
Given where you live, I would suspect that they are not getting enough water regularly. Trees will often abort fruit first when under stress and then may drop leaves, without yellowing, if the water shortage is severe. It is the tree's way of saving itself.
I would recommend making sure the plant has plenty of water consistently. If you water regularly now, I would recommend either increasing the amount of water or the frequency of watering.
We pruned tree and fertilized as directed by nursery. Come spring our tree was loaded with blossoms. No peaches followed. Flowers fell off and we have a very green fruitless tree.
You may also have a pollination issue. Attracting pollinators will help. These articles will help:

For the second year in a row my white peach tree has partial leaves on its branches and didn't set any blossoms for fruit. My tree is 4 years old. The first two years it had plenty of fruit, but the last two years it has barely put out enough leaves, which look ok and no fruit.
Peach Trees can have issues that drive us gardeners crazy, I'm included here!
I'm listing a few links that can help you pinpoint the issue.
Check soil, watering, pruning.

Leaves are curling up, going dry and then falling off.
This could be Peach Scab disease.

What is the best way to treat a peach tree that seems to have some fungus? See pic. It has had peach tree curl, we treated that but now it's something different. Help!
These leaves still appear as Peach Tree Curl.

I have a peach tree in a pot. I bought it earlier this year. The peaches have set ok and are ripening nicely but the leaves are all droopy. It continually looks like it needs watering but I do water it regularly (you need to over here). Now the leaves seem to be dying and going brown and dropping off. Any thoughts?
This can be a sign of plant stress caused by any number of issues, from disease to too much water. However, it is more prevalent among poorly watered trees--either too much or too little. Since yours is in a pot, I am leaning towards too little water. Container grown trees need watering daily (twice daily in temps over 85 F.). Soak the soil deeply. Then just wait. There are no guarantees that this will fix the problem. Keep in mind that if your soil is already quite moist, you should allow it to dry out some before watering again.
