Q.peach tree has partial leaves and no fruit

Zone baldwin park, ca. | anelemacdonald45 added on July 8, 2015 | Answered

For the second year in a row my white peach tree has partial leaves on its branches and didn’t set any blossoms for fruit. My tree is 4 years old. The first two years it had plenty of fruit, but the last two years it has barely put out enough leaves, which look ok and no fruit.
