    It appears to me that the leaves are suffering from to much light.
    I would move the plant to a different location.
    Also Peace Lily are quite sensitive to over fertilization.

    You may be overwatering your Peace Lily, don't water on a schedule, water only when the soil is dry.

    I would move the plant to a location with a bit more natural light.

    Also if you watering with conditioned water, the salts can build up in the soil. Allow the water to sit for 24 hours before using on the plant.

    There could be several reasons. Watering, to much or to little.
    Don't water on a schedule, check the soil. Peace Lily will do best with slightly dry soil. They will hang their leaves when they are thirsty.

    Watering with conditioned water can also cause the salts to build up in the soil. Try using distilled water or sitting the water out on the counter for 24 hours.

    Your plant appears to be quite healthy.

    With time and proper care your plant will fill out.

    Peace Lily don't grow rapidly.
