Not all are turning yellow but some do and then they fall off. Additionally, i think where the fruit is supposed to grow is turning yellow-ish as well, i’m not sure though.
These can be heavy feeders. Yellowing leaves will be an indication that there aren't enough nutrients to sustain the plant, depending on where the yellowing occurs.

These are very susceptible to something known as cucumber mosaic virus. This is not able to be cured, unfortunately, and it appears to be what is going on here.
This article will explain: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/cucumber/cucumber-mosaic-virus.htm
Here is an article that will give more common reasons for these symptoms, though this one looks pretty spot on for Mosaic:

We have an abundance of passion fruit but they do not appear to be ripening - see photos. Should they turn a different colour when ripe? If not, when do we know if they are ripe? Is there anything we can do to help them ripen? Thank you

Hello my passion vine is continuously dying because of insects, I’m looking for a product that I can treat the root system with rather than spraying pesticides on the leafs. Do you know of one?
Sure, there are many systemic pesticides on the market that can be applied as a root drench. We do not recommend particular products, though.
What I can do is offer a few articles on the subject. These will help:

My new PF was doing really well in a large container over the summer with plentiful buds and grew really well We had some really bad rain and wind and it wilted After a couple of weeds it had not come back to life So I cut it back Should I now keep inside for the winter Or leave outside South of England so winters are too cold here
IF it withered and died after heavy rains, I would have to assume that it fell prey to infection from saturated soils. Unfortunately, your photo did not come through, so I cannot see if there is any life left.
If you want to make an attempt at saving the plant, treat with a fungicide, and let the soil dry out down to about 2 or 3 inches, thoroughly, between waterings.
This passionflower is hardy in your area. It will not require extra help in the winter.

I have a north-facing spot in mind
That would be suitable, since you are south of the equator. It would be the opposite for us!
