On the newer younger vines I have mosaic yellowing patterns on leaves and now my buds are rotting. In zone 9 and Feb has been hot 84 degrees. I just fertilized it with miracle grow but it seemed to get worse Any suggestions?
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. It would be very hard to say, as this can be anything from nutrient deficiencies, to Mosaic Virus. Some illnesses are easy to treat, such as nutrient deficiencies. Some, such as Mosaic Virus, are completely untreatable.

Plant is kept indoors near a picture window as I live in Michigan, and the temperatures get down to zero in the winter. I have sent two pictures showing the spots on the leaves. Please tell me if there is something I can do to save this plant.
Unfortunately, these plants tend to get some serious diseases. Here is a link to an article that should help you identify and deal with the issue:

It is hard to say, but it doesn't look like it has had a trim in quite a while. This could introduce infection.
They will benefit from annual pruning, or at least every 2 years, or so. Here is an article to help with pruning: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/passion-flower/cutting-back-passion-vines.htm
There is still the issue of infection. You will want to treat with a fungicide, after you remove all dead or infected matter. This article will help:

near any of the flowers. I believe it is two different pests and the chewed up leaves are not my biggest concern. I may have a bush full of buds; the next morning they are all gone help please. The bush is 2 years old and is in good health otherwise. It attracts butterflies and I have watched almost no caterpillars. I have seen some lady bugs and caterpillars before but not recently. I do have squirrels that run around near it but the vines would not be able to support their weight. I have asked pros in my area and they don't have any answers either. Please help!
The problem may be environmental. Here are examples:

The leaves are ok but there are holes ìn the buds and something is eating the centre of the bud, they open as flowers with centre missing .
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. It could be a number of insects, caterpillars, or bud midges.

Have a Nellie Kelly passion fruit vine which faces north & is in its first year . It took a long time to start growin but since has taken off ok the leaves are mottled yellow. The soil ph is neutral. What should I do I’ve given it a dose of blood n bone
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I will be unable to see the damage to diagnose the issue.
Your description of mottled leaves brings about the thought of a Mosaic Virus. If this is the case, it is going to be permanent.
If this is a different patterning of yellow, it could be one of many nutrient deficiencies depending on, exactly, where and how the yellowing appears.

A young Nellie kelly vine has developed mottled yellowing leaves. Vine struggled for quite a while before suddenly taking off. Soil is close to neutral ph & have recently given dose of blood n bone. Have asked this recently but pic don’t go thru
Uh oh... That's Mosaic Virus. Thank you for reattaching the photo. You will need to grow all future crops (including many vegetables) either in container or in another area.
