Q.Passion Flower plant is developing white spots on leaves

Plant is kept indoors near a picture window as I live in Michigan, and the temperatures get down to zero in the winter. I have sent two pictures showing the spots on the leaves.
Please tell me if there is something I can do to save this plant.
