I feed the plant usually every two weeks while letting plain water run through the plant the weeks in between. This particular plant had 3 babies last year, which are transplanted and thriving well. New leaves are sprouting and the new stem seems to be thriving as well but does seem to be "seeping". I mop it up to stop it dripping on the carpet. Can you help me here please.
Some orchids do exude a sap from the flowers and it is normal. You may have one of those orchids. Here is more:

to open, all on one branch. If I repot now will it cause distress to the new buds? What size container and any tips on how to repot and care for my plant. Thanks.
Yes, it would disturb the orchid's buds if you repot now. Here are tips on when and how to repot your orchid plus general care.

I’ve had this orchid of mine for 3-4 years now. It never really bloomed but I’m assuming it’s from never getting enough light to bloom. But that’s not the reason I’m contacting. Out of no where it’s new roots stopped growing and the two little leaves it has are all limp and wrinkled. This is my second orchid ever and would hate for it to die considering I’ve had it for so long. It even has a name (lol).
You may need to take the entire plant out of its pot and do some work on this pet orchid. Do you fertilize? Have you replanted? Here's help:

My friend in Florida has had this orchid for 22 years. She is afraid she has lost it. Any advice or if you can identify it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you Faith
She must be doing something right if it has lived for 22 years. The photo didn't come through so we don't have anything to go on. Your friend might like to write in with the symptoms her plant is displaying. In the meantime, this general guide may help:

I am not sure what to do; how to treat the soil. It seems recent. I have photos.
If the white substance is not appearing on the plant itself, you are lucky. This may just be a mold in the potting soil. Try gently removing the orchid and its roots from the soil. Check the roots for problems, trimming away any that don't look healthy and rinsing them. Then, repot the plant in fresh orchid potting medium. Don't overwater your orchid.
If the white substance is actually on your plant, you may be seeing mealybugs, which is a different problem.

It wasn't there last year but has appeared in a patch of weeds during March.
After an exhaustive search, I did not find it. It is lovely, though, so I would not pull it up. You might send a photo to the Royal Horticulture Society, https://www.rhs.org.uk/, and see if they can identify it.
