Q.Hi. There Is Something Strange In The Soil Around My Orchid. Tiny White Dots – Maybe Mould / Fungus. The Orchid Seem Fine.
I am not sure what to do; how to treat the soil. It seems recent. I have photos.

If the white substance is not appearing on the plant itself, you are lucky. This may just be a mold in the potting soil. Try gently removing the orchid and its roots from the soil. Check the roots for problems, trimming away any that don't look healthy and rinsing them. Then, repot the plant in fresh orchid potting medium. Don't overwater your orchid.
If the white substance is actually on your plant, you may be seeing mealybugs, which is a different problem.
