What is the best way to use bat guano for roses, tea or top dressing?
I prefer the top dressing method working it lightly into the soils. The benefits tend to last longer that way.
How soon after turning composted steer manure into the soil do you have to wait to plant vegetables? Will be putting in tomatoes, peas, beans, zucchini, lettuce and radishes.
There are many factors that go into turning the manure into good, safe compost.
I have listed some links for you to get you started on this process.

How do I add composted sheep manure to a virgin flower bed? I'm really new to gardening. I'm in my first house with a yard and I want to transform the front yard into a butterfly and bee paradise. I have dug my first bed, but I am wondering if it is okay to put the composted sheep manure right into the bed and then plant right away or if I have to wait. I have some pansies that I have to put in soon, so I'm concerned.... Any help you can be would be greatly appreciated :) Blessings! Natasha
As long as the sheep manure has been properly aged/composted it can be put right into your garden bed.

I am growing tomatoes in pots. How often can I work the compost into the soil, or is it better to dissolve the compost into a tea and water them with it?
Compost can be incorporated into the soil prior to planting so that it is evenly distributed throughout. Compost tea can be given to your container plants once every two weeks.

Can I use Llama poop as fertilizer for my fig trees? I just wanted to know if this type of fertilizer is safe for figs or if the trees will be damaged by it?
Yes, you can use llama fertilizer on fig trees. Here is a link that will tell you how to use it (granted, the article is on alpacas, but it's the same process):

I have also included a link on fig tree fertilizing below. It’s best to provide fertilizer for fig trees only when it shows symptoms of slow growth or pale leaves, if it is grown in a sandy location or if it is surrounded by other plants that compete for nutrients. The article will tell you more.

What are these green eggs I found in my cow manure compost? They were all over the compost when I purchased it from Lowes and I didn't think to research them before laying the manure in my garden. I just assumed they weren't anything bad, but now I'm seeing little slugs and worms in my garden (it's a raised bed with freshly dumped soil that I've been mixing manure and peat moss into) and I'm wondering if that's possibly what the eggs are. Picture included. Thank you!
I can't identify any pests from this image.
The presence of slugs and worms in your garden likely have not connection to the compost, since these are most likely found around or in most gardens.
You may want to contact the manufacturer and tell them your concerns.

Is smelly 10 day old guinea tea safe to use as fertilizer? 10 days ago I made the tea with 1 part poop and 3 parts water in a well cleaned milk jug with cap. When I opened the jug today, the liquid odor was horrible. As fresh guinea poop is odorless, is this still safe to use on bedding plants? Would not be using on vegetables. Thank you
If this were for edibles, we would say 'no' because by now dangerous bacteria may have formed. But, so long as you are avoiding edibles, it should be fine. However, just to cover your bases, test an area first.
