Mine has not bloomed for a few years. What can I do? They are in partial shade and good soil.
I have had this same issue and have had success giving them a feeding of Bone Meal in the early spring.

Why isn't my lily of the valley flowers blooming anymore?
You may have too much nitrogen in the soil. A soil test can determine what amendments may be needed.
You can give them an application of Bone Meal in the early spring to promote flowering.

After the plants have finished blooming how will mowing over them affect them?
It's best to leave the foliage and let them die back naturally.
Mowing them down can effect future blooming.

How do I store the rhizomes until they can be planted? Keep in a pot of soil or let them air dry?
Although they are a rhizome and not a true bulb, they can be stored like one. This article will give you more detail on storing flower roots for the winter:

Has anyone used the landscape fabric route for a growing season to kill them. My lilies are under a tree and I don’t want to lose the tree. Any other suggestions would be helpful.
Yes, fabric, and even plastic can work for this. You may also try boiling water. This can kill off bulbs as long as you try and keep if ott of the tree.
Can I split the 2 ends and tape them back together to mend. My neighbor did it to one of his fir trees and it worked of course it was small. Any other ideas??? It's right in front looks like a bad hair cut.lol
Lily Of The Valley are quite small and if you have cut off a piece it should not be an issue.

I think you may be actually thinking of a different tree or plant.
Feel free to take an image and send to us.
Can the Lillies of the Valley Flowers kill trees ? Have them planted around our Oak trees and have been told that they will kill the trees.
They won't be able to kill a larger tree. They actually make a decent undercover for Oaks. They can be invasive in many areas, so you will want to be careful in planting these. You might not be able to control them once you do.
I recommend planting things like this in container. This will keep the control issue at bay, as they will have nowhere to go.
