Not sure how your rosebushes look. Droopy leaves? You might try a couple things. One, water the rosebushes with some water that has both a product called Super Thrive in it and a Root Stimulator product in it. Water them with a fresh batch of this mix the next 3 to 4 times they need watering. For a fungicide. I have used Green Cure for many years now. They went out of business but still some on-line to be purchased. Or you can buy a fungicide called Milstop on-line and get the same thing as Green Cure. They are great earth friendly fungicides that work very well. I mix it at the Cure Rate which is two tablespoons per gallon of water. Spray every 7 to 10 days if fungus issues are present. Spray every 14 to 29 days otherwise. I use the Cure Rate mix all the time as it lasts longer and performs better.

Since it's not obvious if it's disease or insects, or both, try using Neem Oil, which takes care of fungal diseases and insects.

If you are watering them every single morning, you are most likely over-watering them. I use a Moisture Meter with the longest probe end on it I can find. I probe down into the ground in at least three places around each of my rosebushes to see what the soils moisture reading is prior to watering them. Do not water unless the readings are slightly moist to dry. Once your Knock Outs dry out a bit, try watering them with some water that has Both a product called Super Thrive and a Root Stimulator mixed into it. Water them with a fresh batch of this same mix the next 4 to 5 times they need water. This will give them a great get going boost.

Plants that are in a container can be planted at any time. If you plant in the heat of the summer, though, you must take extra care to see they are watered. It is easy to forget, and voila, the plant is fried.

Bare root plants must be planted in spring or fall.

Thank you so much, Susan! This is very helpful. The place where I want to plant it is close to an outdoor water faucet. I greatly appreciate the answer!
