Q.Best Time To Plant Knock Out Roses In Zone 7
What is the best time to plant Knock Out Roses in Zone 7 (western NC)? I can’t seem to find a consistent answer in any of my books or online.

Plants that are in a container can be planted at any time. If you plant in the heat of the summer, though, you must take extra care to see they are watered. It is easy to forget, and voila, the plant is fried.
Bare root plants must be planted in spring or fall.
