The leaves on my Weeping Japanese Maple are turning brown but some of the stems are still green. What should I do?
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the damage. Several things, from over/underwatering, to too much nutrients, or high temperatures combined with full sun can cause browning.

I think I trimmed too much on my Japanese maple. What should I do now? Will it die?
Likely, the root ball will send up its own shoot. These trees are grafted, so you may lose the top, but the root is likely a different type of Japanese Maple.

Yesterday I noticed the Japanese maple tree in my yard starting oozing sap at the bottom of the trunk. After researching, I learned it was gummosis and it seems a canker may be starting but I was wondering how I could treat this issue. I scraped off the ooze before I took a picture but I uploaded a picture of growing canker. Thank you for your help in advanced!
This can indicate that the ground remains too moist. The area should dry, thoroughly, down to several inches between waterings. I would make sure to treat with a fungicide to prevent any bacteria from taking hold, but this still looks like an early care. This will mean that saving the tree can be quite easy.

I've got an acer brilliantasm tree ,it was ok first year I put it in garden but for last 3 years it's been like this ,any advice please
You can cut out the dead wood at any time. I zoomed in on the photo and I see something yellow on some of the stems and branches. Look at that closely. It may be aphids or scale insects.

Thinking heuchera? Dwarf plumbago? St. John’s Wort? Dianthus? Hyacinth?
Is that a shady or part shade location? If so, the heuchera and dwarf plumbago (perennial groundcover) would do well. St. John's wort needs part sun. Dianthus and hyacinth bulbs need a full sun situation. The heucheras would be nice because they are evergreen. If it's a shady site, hellebore is also evergreen. There are lots of dwarf hydrangeas now that bloom on new wood and can be kept short. Bobo hydrangeas only get 2 to 3 feet. I don't know how tall your Japanese maple will get, but small shrubs are also a possibility.
