Hello, Your article about when a jade is dropping addresses how to prevent it, but I can't seem to find consistent advice online about How to save it when it already is drooping. I have a mix of fallen leaves and curling ones (however they all still feel plump), and all of the stocks have fallen over and hang off the edge of the pot. I wondered if it was because it's grown out of its current pot, but your article suggests that maybe it's over-watered?? (I haven't been watering it any faster than in past years, so that seems odd, if so.) Still, if that's it, should I expect it to literally lift and straighten back up if I give it a water-rest, and water it less frequently? Seems far fetched. Also, don't the fallen leaves suggest the opposite problem as the curling leaves? Thanks so much for any guidance!
This can be a common issue, if watering your Jade during it's dormancy period.
Jade also need a full sunlight area to grow properly.

It has been great for all 5 years, but now a several of the leaves are starting to wrinkle. What's wrong? Thanks so much for your help!
Wrinkled leaves on your Jade plant generally occur when the plant is stressed from lack of water. If they are without water for too long, they will even drop leaves and stems.
You should be able revive your plant by watering. You can soak the entire pot in a tray of water so that the soil is watered throughly, then allow any excess to drain away.

Hey. Where I live the night time temperatures have been above 10 degrees C so I put my large jade outside. It has been raining for 2 days now. The day time temperatures have been 18C-20 C and at night they get to 11C on average. It looks like it will be cloudy and off & on rain for the next week. I was wondering if I should bring it inside to dry out or let it stay outside and cover it with an umbrella from a patio set? I'm scared it will get root rot if it stays outside..
That is a beautiful jade plant. If you are concerned about root rot, take it indoors when a lot of rain is expected. The cloudiness and time spent indoors will also help prevent it from getting sunscald from not being used to so much sun. This article may help

I have just repotted a large (has flowered regularly) Jade (Money) plant. I have used basically cactus compost with the addition of gravel. (Also a little citrus soil as I ran out of cactus soil). Stupidly, I used UNWASHED white aquarium pea gravel at the bottom of the pot and I mixed a little into the compost. My friend tells me that it contains a lot of salt! By not washing the gravel the plant will be subject to this salt! Will this do the plant harm? Should I flush the pot with water and then let it dry out or should I buy fresh compost and start again using just cactus compost freshly purchased tomorrow? I think the heat today has fried my brain!
Thank you, I have done just that with freshly purchased cactus soil and horticultural grit. I wonder if there is anything that would enjoy growing in this potentially salty cactus/citrus mix? I live by the sea,
so I will try something which lives on the shore perhaps. Any suggestions?
Salts are not good for plants, so I would recommend repotting the plant.
