It looked so good and had blossoms and everything. Could it be from too much of soap to water? How can I fix it? I want my plants to live
One problem with home remedies is vague "recipes" easily found on the internet. Few bother to explain that soap and detergent are not the same. Dish "soap" comes in many concentrations which messes up the correct dilution. At this point, I suggest washing the leaves with room temperature water to rinse off any residual product. Your plant may drop its leaves; a healthy plant can usually recover from this. Give it lots of TLC but do not fertilize until it has recovered. In your distress you forgot to tell us the plant name. If you want, send a new post with that information and a picture. An article on DIY insecticidal soap follows. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/homemade-soap-spray.htm
but as much as I can. My house is old and cottage style bricks, at night it started off with a few Woodlice outside the house on the front door steps and now there are hundreds climbing all out on the front of the house walls, climbing up nearly to the roof of my house, all over the steps, everywhere in the night. I’m so worried I just want to get rid of them all. Please please someone give me some advice, I’m so worried they will end up coming into the house. I’ve tried searching about it but it’s all regarding inside the house. Please someone give me some advice. Thank you
It actually took me quite awhile to figure out what was going on here. It just occurred to me that what you call "woodlice" in your country is what we call a "Pill Bug" or "Roly-Poly" here in the US. Here in the US, We have "Bark Lice" which is also sometimes called "Woodlice".
Now that I know exactly what is going on, I can help.

Doesnt move, green chilis, not provoked by touching, dry on outside,
Well, they are not caterpillars, becasue they don't seem to have legs or heads. So, they could be worms, but you say they don't move. They do look like green chilis. I vote for green chili pepper or some kind of seed pod.
Which plants can be kept inside to deter bugs? (Roaches, bedbugs, etc.)
Geraniums have been known to repel many hard to rid insects, but for these two, specifically... There may not be much outside of professional help that can stop these.

My tubs look great then suddenly die. When I look the roots are completely gone!
There are several ways to control them, but keeping the area clean and free of debris is the best preventative method. This article will help you to control an existing infestation: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/insects/controlling-root-weevil.htm
It looks like a Bronze Orange Bug Nymph. This is the young, sap-sucking form of our US native equivalent of the stink bug, but this one is native to Australia.
