It depends on the type of hydrangea, and your USDA zone. Please include photos, description of the type of hydrangea, and your USDA or climate in your area.
In the meantime, this article will give you some general information on the subject: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/hydrangea/hydrangea-not-blooming.htm
Deadheading hydrangea petals, not flowers. Several of my hydrangeas have individual petals that are turning brown though the entire bloom is relatively healthy. Should I remove the browning petals or is that a symptom of something else? Thank you
Please include photos. This can be normal to a degree. Photos will help me to determine whether this is normal bloom degradation, or something possibly more sinister.

s lots of new growth as well. Why are they wilting and what is making the black spots? The plant has been living in this same soil for many years.

Can I dig up 1 hydrangea and plant it along with another already planted hydrangea? They are both approx. 2 & 3 yrs. old, but I think if I could do that, it would make a nice statement. They both look healthy, but I thought by now they would be bigger. One is planted in sun, the other in shade.
I would plant them several feet apart. Hydrangeas, with the exception of the tree hydrangea will not tolerate sun. They must remain partially, or fully shaded.

I have seen an article based upon sowing hydrangeas from seed on here, but it has not been stated of how deep or what not.. I need help! :p
Surface sowing means they need light to germinate.
Fill your tray 2/3's full with perlite or soilless potting mix and water well.
Then place your seeds on top and cover with a clear lid or plastic wrap and place in bright location.
Transplant the hydrangea seedlings to 1-gallon potting containers once the plants develop three to four healthy leaves.
It grows big, large leaves and never blooms.
That is a common question, especially about hydrangeas that bloom on old wood.
This article addresses reasons hydrangeas don't bloom. See if it helps.

Hi. It is June 22 here in Nova Scotia Canada and my hydrangea has no leaves on it yet I fear it is dead and need insight on this
Unless you got a variety that was specifically bred for a climate that far North, then it is likely to be dead. Most cultivars are not suited for that cold of a climate.
Pruning anything that is completely dead can help, if there is still life left. If there is none, then you may have to replant with a known variety that will survive that far North.
