Q.hydrangea bush no leaves

Hi. It is June 22 here in Nova Scotia Canada and my hydrangea has no leaves on it yet I fear it is dead and need insight on this

Unless you got a variety that was specifically bred for a climate that far North, then it is likely to be dead. Most cultivars are not suited for that cold of a climate.

Pruning anything that is completely dead can help, if there is still life left. If there is none, then you may have to replant with a known variety that will survive that far North.
