Where to buy kerri hoya? I live in Westbank BC Canada. I have a 40 yr old, yes correct, 40 yr old kerrii hoya and it is absolutely dying. Don't know why but now unsalvageable. Please help, would love to replace, thanks Margaret
Your local garden centers or greenhouses may be able to special order a plant for you.
Ebay is often a good place to find more unusual specimens.

I am looking for the name of a particular garden plant. I had a garden plant last summer which had dark green leaves and waxy white flower heads. The petals started off folded up into the centre of the flower head in the shape of a parcel, before opening up. It had many flowers and lots of leaves and is quite short in height. Please, could you tell me the name of the plant. I am not sure if it is an annual or a perennial, but I would like more information. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, O McGrath
I believe the plant you might be talking about is called a Hoya. Nickname is wax plant. If you look it up on pinterest you will see numerous pictures. I hope I ended your search!
the leaves are stiff and are about 2 inches long and are dark green with white edges. new leaves come in white often and in the spring the white leaves turn a beautiful pink. It hangs in a southern sunny window and has flourished for 30 years. But now one of its long chains of growth has broken off and I want to try and use it to grow another plant. Don't know how to do that. Please help. I am attaching two photographs. Joanna D. Underwood, 138 E 13th Street, NY NY 10003 212 254 5777 I hope someone reads this and helps me.
I thought it was a rubber tree, but guess the guy below knows what he is saying. ;)
This is a Hoya.

I have a plant that 2 of its hanging limbs look perfectly healthy but one is dried and shriveled. Should I take this one off?
Yes, you can remove the dried, shriveled stem. Cut it back to the healthy portion of the plant.
How do you care for Hoya plant and keep them healthy ?
I have found an article for you that will tell you The informatoin that you need to know: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/hoya-wax-plant/growing-hoya-wax-vines.htm
I bought a heart Hoya 2 years ago and there is no growth whatsoever. I even took off a couple branches and they never rooted either. I have other Hoyas that are doing well, even bloom but this heart plant just does nothing. No growth from ends and no roots on cuttings. It may even be more than 2 years. I live in Florida and we have humidity in summer and I haven't moved the plant around. All my plants get rain water only and I have 100 or more cacti and they even do well. What could be wrong here? Sincerely, Sandi
Have you checked if the plant is rootbound? This could be the issue here. You can try potting the plant up into a slightly bigger pot. These symptoms you describe are common with this issue. It is a rooted leaf of variegated Hoya Kerri and it started to turn brown on one side but is growing bigger.
It is likely that this is a normal process. As the plant replaces its self, that leave will slowly die and drop off. Could you include a photo? This will help me to see what is going on.
I would also make sure to only water when the top of the soil is almost dry. This will ensure that it does not get an infection.

One possible reason is that your plant is getting too much sunlight.
