So how long to germinate and grow from a nicked and soaked white hybiscus seed to a three foot plant?
For a hardy hibiscus, I would count on two to three years. Maybe a little quicker if you're growing tropical hibiscus. Also, if you saved seed from a hybrid, it won't grow true, meaning it may not look like the parent.

I brought my hibiscus indoors for the winter and there are little white bugs eating the leaves. What can I do?
This can depend on the type of white bug that you are seeing. There are several insecticides that you can try, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend any specific type.

I notice that on the all yellow flowers the stem is all yellow but on this flower the stem is yellow and the ti is red
Your plant is a chimera! In most cases, this is a genetic mutation. In some, more rare, cases... This is a case of Siamese twins, or two different individuals residing in the same body.
If the problem goes away over time, then it is a simple genetic mutation. If this persists... Then you have really unique plant, that is actually two separate individuals!

I used about half mulch & half flower potting soil for planting a hibiscus rosa sinensis for an outdoor pot. I'm in zone 8. I've read you need to also fertilize it every couple of weeks. I read to keep it moist but not wet. Any other info, I should know? Thank you
Sounds like you did your homework and have it under control. Here is what our articles say:

This particular plant was blooming beautifully last year up until Winter. Now it looks like it's straining ,- loosing leaves, and looks very leggy. Thank you.
It's best to prune as soon as new growth starts in spring. Remove the spotted leaves unless it is all of them. In that case, remove a few, then wait till new leaves form, then remove more. Here is how to treat it:

I have six small trees that I planted two years ago they were about 6 inches high they’re now about 3 1/2 feet high and have lots of leaves I’m wondering how to prune them to be in the garden and produce the most flowers
Any heavy pruning should be done during dormancy. Unfortunately, I would not do any pruning this late into the year, but this winter and next spring would be good times to prune.
This article will help you to know when and how to prune these shrubs:

But, now it seems to drop the blooms before opening up. I have watered , fertilized and applied mulch. I live in West Palm Beach, Florida in Zone 10A. Could I be watering too much?
It could be due to over or under watering. Also check for insect problems. This article should help:
